Hi, I’m Mark, a data scientist and consultant with McKinsey & Company. I use computer vision, control, and data to solve client problems and make the world a better place. I studied mathematics and agronomy at South Dakota State, and am actively engaged in research to optimize automated commodity trades, test diverse tillage methods in West Africa, and leverage GIS data on American Farms. I am the co-founder and president of Tractors for Africa, a non-profit devoted to raising standards of living in Africa by providing agricultural technology.
When I am not working, researching or raising money, I enjoy reading biographies, jamming out to Queen, playing guitar, and competing in Ironman triathlons. If you would like to learn more, feel free to reach out via email or twitter!
